Universal cultivator "SuperMax"
Universal cultivator "SuperMax"
Year-round use, universal equipment:
- high performance;
- low fuel consumption;
- low maintenance costs.
Spring tillage: faster soil heating, better bed for seeds
If the soil before the compaction is loosened, then it warms up faster. This is especially important in the spring, since the germination of spring crops depends to a large extent on the soil temperature. After loosening the soil with the "SuperMax" cultivator, the ice rink splits the lumps much better; thus, and the quality of the soil will be better than if it is stirred in a fresh, moist and sticky state. It is recommended to use the roller directly before sowing, in one pass, therefore "SuperMax" is not equipped with a compactor roller.
More even seed depth - more amicable shoots
As a result of soil cultivation, the "Guttler" equipment produces a special soil structure - a fine granular bottom, a more crusty top. Thanks to this, we get a seedbed of excellent quality, better seed laying, and as a result the plants will be more viable.
Using the Guttler skating rink for preparing a bed for seeds, the formation of the soil structure and the preparation of the seedbed are carried out immediately before sowing; thus saving time and energy.
Autumn Stubbling: conservation of soil moisture, ideal shoots
Using "SuperMax" to peel stubble at a shallow depth, in a few passes you will get the optimal soil structure. The shallow processing for the first pass is enough: the SuperMax beams, mixing the soil and straw, form a thin layer that preserves soil moisture, while creating ideal conditions for emergence. Complete "processing" of the soil for the second pass. After the third pass, the optimal seed-ready seedbed is obtained.
A layer of straw will retain moisture in the soil
Harrows, in the case of higher stubble, mix the soil with straw and create a layer covering the whole surface of the soil, preventing the drying of the earth. Ideal conditions for the germination of crumbling grain and weed seeds.
Processing at shallow depths of several passes to destroy weeds
Weeds sprout not simultaneously, but one after another. The cultivation of the soil at a shallow depth in several passes stimulates repeated shoots of still unprotected seeds. During the subsequent processing they will be pulled out and scattered on the surface of the soil, where they dry up and die. Due to the mechanical destruction of weeds, it is possible to avoid the formation of a residence.
The ability to save time and money
More rapid and economical preparation of the seedbed: "SuperMax" without a roller is easy and convenient; as a result, you can use a lighter tractor.
Thanks to the use of a lighter tractor, energy consumption is reduced during the preparation of the seedbed, and the degree of trampling of the soil is also reduced
Easier towing and energy saving
A traditional cultivator used for tillage, due to coarser working elements and a greater distance between them, overturns more land. This leads to the formation of large clumps and requires more energy. For crushing lumps and closing the soil, it is additionally necessary to use heavy working equipment, which increases the requirement for traction.
Towing the multipurpose cultivator "SuperMax" is easy, which saves energy, time and labor costs.
We ourselves make hills and a great energy consumption
Soil cultivation at a greater depth requires a lot of energy. Increasing the depth of processing by 1 cm means moving an additional 150 tons of land per hectare. The grinding of the formed large clumps requires additional energy.
- 5 beams, working paws every 130 mm;
- Working width:
- 3.0 / 4.5 / 5.0 / 6, Ohm;
- Width at transportation: 2,60 m;
- powerful legs 45 x 12 mm, with reinforcement auxiliary spring;
- one row spring harrow 12 mm, with a distance between the working elements 130 mm; optional 2nd row of spring harrow;
- large cross-section of the inverted earth - frame height 560 mm
- in basic execution with wheels supporting depth;
- (4 pieces 16x6,5-8 6PLY);
- Paw resistance:
- traditional spring paw 32x12 mm = 71%
- "SuperMax" paw;
- single spring 45x12 mm = 100%;
- with reinforcement by an auxiliary spring = 200%;
- in the version with a powerful spring paw 70 × 12 mm = 156%.
The paw of the SuperMax machine is much stronger than the traditional paw or spring paw in a stronger version.
